What is the turnaround time?

We offer same day appointments, weather permitting. You can set an appointment between 1-3 days from your call. We will have the edited photos to you within 24 hours after having taken them.

What is the resolution or file size of the photos?

​

Both interior/exterior and aerial photos are on average about 3200 pixels wide - approximately a 2.5M file. If you wanted to make prints, they would be razor sharp.

Do I need to be there?

​

For interior photos - yes (unless the property is vacant). For aerial photos, no.

​

How long will it take to photograph my listing/property?

​

Approximately 60 minutes for interior photos and 30 minutes for aerial and dusk photos.

​

What forms of payment do you take?

​

Cash, checks, or credit cards. We offer payment via Square or Paypal.

For aerial photography, when is the best time of day to photograph my listing/property?

​

East facing properties - 10:00 AM

South facing properties - 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

West facing properties - 3:00 - 4:00 PM

North facing properties - north facing properties are always shaded. The best time to photograph a north facing property is at dusk when the light is balanced. 

​

If you want two sides of a home photographed from the air, ex. back and front, it would be best to photograph at midday.

​

Do you charge extra for Photoshop work?

​

There is no additional charge for minor work. More in depth time consuming graphic work is done at a rate of $15.00/hour.

Broward, Dade and Monroe County. We can go beyond those areas for an additional mileage fee.
